About Coastal Spa K10
A small spa, run properly
Why we opened
Coastal Spa K10 opened because the beach at Bai Dai filled with beautiful resorts far faster than it filled with places you would actually want to be treated. We wanted somewhere small enough that the owner still greets guests, and disciplined enough that the standards do not slip on a busy evening.
Everything here follows from that. Fresh linen for every single guest. A fixed price list at the desk, so nobody has to negotiate in a second language. Staff who speak enough of your language that you can say 'lighter please' and be understood immediately. And a free car, because asking a guest to find a taxi after a ninety-minute massage rather defeats the point.
We are not the biggest spa on this stretch of coast, and we are not trying to be.
Our therapists
Every therapist on our team holds a Vietnamese national vocational certificate in therapeutic massage and has at least five years of professional experience. Several trained in Thai and Swedish technique in addition to Vietnamese traditional massage. They are paid a proper salary rather than commission — which is why nobody here will ever try to upsell you.
