1. Bookings
A booking request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your appointment is confirmed once our team replies to you by message or phone.
2. Arrival and lateness
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to deliver the full treatment, but the session may be shortened so that the following guest is not delayed. The full price still applies.
3. Cancellation
There is no cancellation fee. We simply ask that you let us know as early as you can, so that we can offer the slot to another guest. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation by phone before future bookings.
4. Shuttle service
Our complimentary pick-up and drop-off covers hotels within 20km of the spa. Pick-up times are arranged when your booking is confirmed. During busy periods there may be a short wait.
5. Health and safety
Please tell us at booking about pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions or allergies. Some treatments will be modified or declined for your safety. We do not provide medical treatment, and our services are not a substitute for medical advice.
6. Conduct
Coastal Spa provides professional therapeutic treatments only. Any request or behaviour of a sexual nature will end the session immediately, the full price will be charged, and the guest will be asked to leave.
7. Prices and payment
Prices published on this website include VAT and are charged in Vietnamese Dong. Foreign currency amounts shown on the site are indicative only. We accept cash, bank transfer and major cards.
8. Personal belongings
Lockers are provided. We recommend leaving valuables at your hotel; the spa cannot accept liability for items left unattended.
